Macrolite®
Macrolite, a processed mineral oxide
manufactured exclusively by Kinetico, is used as a highly
efficient filter media for the removal of oxidized iron and
suspended matter. This ceramic media is chemically inert and
is not affected by acids and bases. Tests have shown that
its attrition rate is nearly zero. Depending on the class of
Macrolite® used, suspended solids removal can be to below 3
microns. |

Commercial Plus
Kinetico’s Commercial Plus
filters optimize contact time and maximize flow rate with
the system’s two media tanks operating in overdrive. The
system’s twin tank design allows for a continuous flow of
treated water for critical applications. |

PowerLine Series
The PowerLine Series of filters provide
high flow filtration in single, duplex or triplex
configurations. When configured with multiple tanks, an
integral programmable logic controller is used to operate
valve functions. Accommodates flows up to 420 gpm. |

SW 505 Series (Surface Water)
The SW series provides superior,
multi-stage filtration to below 3 microns. While designed to
meet surface water filtration requirements, the system is
excellent for any application requiring micron filtration
with a backwashing media and no replacement cartridges. |

FM Series
The FM Series is specially designed to
take advantage of Kinetico’s Macrolite® product range. The
filter uses a pre-plumbed manifold for water distribution
between two or three pressure media tanks. The units are
automatically controlled by a programmable logic controller.
Backwashes are monitored by a turbidity meter, assuring the
sequence provides for optimal flow and quality performance
while using minimal backwash water. |
